A picnic ? Here is an easy and tasty recipe with good cheese taste.

Ingredients:

1 baguette of country bread
200 g fresh goat cheese
100 g spinach sprouts
4 slices of Bayonne ham
2 tomatoes
fresh tarragon olive oil
balsamic vinegar.

Preparation:

Cut the baguette into four pieces and split them in half. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Spread one side of the baguette with fresh cheese. Arrange on top of spinach leaves. Sprinkle with a dash of olive oil. Add the sliced tomatoes and tarragon. Sprinkle with a dash of balsamic vinegar. Add the ham slice of Bayonne and cover with the second side bread.
