An ultra-fast dessert that is easy to make with and for gourmands and to decline all year long with seasonal fruits.


For 4 people :

  • 2 apples
  • ½ lemon
  • 50 g of walnut kernels
  • 4 little Swiss
  • 4 c. cream of chestnuts
  • 1 C. tablespoons sugar


Peel the apples, remove the hearts and cut them in very small dice. The lemon's. In a mortar, crush the nuts roughly. In a bowl, put the little Swiss and sweeten them.

Spread in 4 large verrines successively a good spoonful of brown cream, diced apple, crushed nuts, the little Swiss. Decorate with a hint of brown cream and a few walnut chips.
